Mobile Battles only hires awesome Nerf enthusiasts as referees! Our referees are experienced with teamwork and competition in a friendly manner. Not only do they provide a safe and fun playing environment for the players, but they also teach the importance of teamwork and cooperation through the games they play.

The referees will assist both teams fairly with strategies and ideas to help each side win. They are great with kids and enjoy teaching and spreading the sport of Nerf to others! Look out for some of them to join the "losing" side, encourage a player who's struggling, facilitate the obstacle course as needed, and rally a team together to overcome anything!
